Launch draft · Last updated 10 September 2026
Illegal and restricted content
Do not upload, sell, promote or use KaivosFocus for content, goods or services that are illegal in a jurisdiction that applies to the activity. This includes content that facilitates unlawful conduct or transactions prohibited by applicable sanctions, export controls or payment-provider rules.
Adult and sexually explicit content
KaivosFocus does not permit pornography, sexually explicit material created for sexual gratification, sexual services or other adult-content categories prohibited by the platform's payment provider. Artistic work is still subject to platform review and may be restricted where its presentation or sale falls within a prohibited category.
Copyright, trademark and other rights
Creators may upload and sell only work they own or are authorised to distribute. Counterfeit material, unauthorised copyrighted works, privacy-invasive material and content that infringes another person's intellectual-property or proprietary rights are prohibited.
Violence, hate and exploitation
Content or activity that unlawfully promotes, encourages or celebrates violence, exploitation or harm is prohibited. KaivosFocus may remove material or restrict accounts where necessary to protect users or comply with law and payment-provider requirements.
Fraud, deception and payment misuse
Do not use KaivosFocus for fraud, deceptive listings, fabricated ownership claims, laundering transaction proceeds, personal or peer-to-peer money transmission, cash-equivalent transfers, or attempts to route payments for activity that did not genuinely occur through the platform.
Seller and account verification
Creators may be required to complete identity, business, tax or payment-provider verification. KaivosFocus may restrict selling or payouts while verification is incomplete or where activity creates a compliance, fraud, sanctions or safety concern.
Reporting content
Users can report a marketplace asset from its product page. Reports are reviewed through KaivosFocus moderation controls. Copyright owners can use the dedicated copyright takedown process where the complaint concerns ownership or unauthorised use of protected work.
Enforcement
KaivosFocus may remove or suspend content, restrict features, delay or stop payouts where permitted, preserve evidence, request additional verification or suspend accounts while a report is investigated. Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent account restrictions and referral to relevant authorities or service providers where required by law.
